Chapter 2: Service Usage Contract

Article 5 (Formation of Usage Contract)

  • By clicking "Agree," users acknowledge and accept these Terms.
  • The contract becomes effective once the Company approves the registration request.

Article 6 (Reservation and Rejection of Usage Contract)

Usage approval may be delayed under the following:

Registration may be rejected in these cases:

  • Use of false or third-party identity
  • Incomplete or false information submission

Article 7 (Changes to Usage Contract Terms)

Members must promptly update the following if changed:

ID changes may be accepted in cases like:

Chapter 3: Service Usage

Article 8 (Company Obligations)

Article 9 (Member Obligations Regarding User ID and Password Management)

  • Members are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and any related consequences.
  • Upon any unauthorized use, members must notify the Company immediately.

Article 10 (General Member Obligations Regarding Service)

Members must not engage in the following actions:

  • Use of others' credentials
  • Unauthorized reproduction or sharing of service content
  • Violation of copyright or third-party rights
  • Distribution of offensive or unlawful materials
  • Participation in illegal activities
  • Defamation or harm to others
  • Breach of law or these Terms

Users must comply with the Company's usage guidelines and instructions.

Business use of the platform requires prior written consent.

Article 11 (Service Usage Hours)

  • Services are available 24/7 unless otherwise affected by technical or legal limitations.
  • The Company may assign specific time slots to service sections when necessary.

Article 12 (Suspension of Service Provision)

  • The Company may suspend services in case of emergencies or infrastructure failures.
  • In such events, users will be informed of the reason and estimated duration.

Chapter 4: Contract Termination and Usage Restrictions

  • Members may request contract termination via online submission.
  • The Company will notify users prior to restricting service access, unless immediate action is needed.
  • Users may object to any such restrictions they consider unjust.
  • The Company may delay suspension pending review and notify users accordingly.
  • If grounds for suspension are resolved, the restriction will be lifted immediately.

Chapter 5: Damages and Other Matters

The Company is not liable for any losses during free service use. Compensation details, if applicable, will be defined separately.

Article 15 (Disclaimer)

  • The Company is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure.
  • User errors or negligence are not the Company's responsibility.
  • Information accessed via services is used at the user's own risk.
  • The Company is not responsible for third-party content accuracy or authenticity.

Article 16 (Copyright Attribution)

  • Content created by the Company is the Company's intellectual property.
  • Content from partners remains owned by its respective creators.
  • Users may not copy or reuse materials without prior consent.
  • Company use of user-created content requires explicit permission.
